Silicate Injection Resin
The silicate injection resin is composed of both dosage A, which is a special compound of water-glass (sodium silicate), and dosage B, which is a special poly-isocyanate. Our SR product, named “NSR” includes two major types. One has 8-12 times foaming capability for water cutting, ground consolidation and cavity filling while the other has no foaming capability, but acting as a consolidation layer behind a concrete or brick structure.
- For ground treatment:
NSR-F with standard reaction time
NSR-Fs with slow reaction time for tropical temperature
- For anchorage or rock bolting:
NSR-ARG with high viscosity and fast reaction time
- For consolidation of structure:
NSR-C with standard reaction time
